•2008 NATIONAL MARFAN FOUNDATION (NMF) CONFERENCE
Come join us at the National Marfan Foundation's 24th Annual Conference on Marfan Syndrome and Related Disorders! We invite you to come meet with other Loeys-Dietz and Marfan syndrome families in Boston this summer for opportunities to learn from world-renowned connective tissue specialists! In addition to sessions dedicated to cardiovascular, orthopedic, and other medical and social concerns that overlap between MFS, LDS and other related disorders, there will be dedicated educational sessions for LDS-related issues!
SAVE THE DATE!! July 10-13th, 2008 at the Wesley Copley Hotel in Boston Massachusetts. We look forward to seeing you in Boston!

•QUENTIN'S QUEST
Quentin's Quest has come to an end! CONGRATULATIONS Quentin on raising $12,265 being split between LDSF, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and All-Children's Hospital! Quentin presented his check to the LDSF and Dr. Dietz on May 13th at Johns Hopkins Hospital (more pictures to come) and was presented with a "Heart of Gold Award!" Check out his website to be involved with his next endeavor--a cookbook entitled "Quentin's Friends--A Cookbook to Help Others." Good luck and Congratulations, Quentin!

TEXAS FUNDRAISING EVENTS, APRIL 12-13, 2008
Thanks to everyone who enjoyed crawfish, live music by Poo Live Crew, and fun in the sun at the inaugural crawfish party located near the LaGrave Field, home of the Fort Worth Cats!
As well, thanks to everyone who participated in the Frank Kent Golf Tournament in Fort Worth! A great day of golfing was enjoyed by all! Thanks to the Kent family for their gracious support of the LDSF!
