•MEMBERSHIPAt this point there is no membership fee to join the LDSF. As we are continuing to grow in networking and resources, we would like to be able to let you know about what is going on! If you are interested in either helping out with or being kept informed of LDSF initiatives, we ask that you please fill out the membership form. Forms can be attached via email to membership@loeysdietz.org and/or mailed to the address on the form.

As the LDSF is moving forward to meet the educational and resource needs of its community, we are asking for you to consider financially supporting the LDSF! The LDSF is registered as a non-profit corporation under the State of Ohio and is exempt from the United States Federal Income Taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue System (EIN#65-1306978). All gifts are tax-deductable. We thank you for your kind assistance and support! Online giving will be available soon.
